““Cannons” – A Lesson”

   Hey guys!

   I love this song! But i play electric guitar at my church and we wanna know what the intro riff to “Cannons” is. We know the basic chords of the song (thanks to Phil’s video :] ) but i just wanna know if anyone knows the electric guitar riff for the intro and instrumental parts? THANKS!! God bless!

   Phil,
   let me start off by saying your music has changed my life! i quit guitar five years ago but i got this random urge to play again, so i hopped on you tube and watched all your videos. i taught myself to play divine romance, cannons, and true love. i am only 15 and for the first time ever i love playing my guitar. i love that i can just pull it out and start worshiping. it is such a different feeling when you are actually playing rather than just singing! so thank you so much for posting these videos and inspiring me to play again!

   i met you on saturdayy several time .. heard you playing at frenzy .. i just want you to no that you are now my favourite artist and you have inspired me soo much . my fav song of your is cannons and i am hoping to start playing guitar so i can play your songs …

   Thank you so much! I’ve wanted to learn this song for a while. I’m pretty much self taught, an older friend and I and another friend met about 6 times and we learned from the older one, but she’s really busy right now, so I’m back to self teaching. And it’s a bummer because I’m one of those visual people who needs to see something done to be able to do it right… So the long and short of it is THANK YOU!!! I’m excited. I’m gonna go try it right now.
