Hey Everyone.
Thanks for making last night such a special night. I am excited to hear how the record comes out. Thanks to everyone who came out to the show and thanks to everyone who watched it online. I had a great time and am so glad I was able to be a part of it.
I will have details soon about when the record will be available here on the blog, so keep checking back.
So, here’s a question. If you watched the show online what part of the country are you in? I know there were some ‘East Coasters’ watching and it was pretty late out there. Thanks again for everyone that was involved. And thank you so much Solid Rock Church.

May 10th, 2008 at 2:29 pmJoyfully participated with you all via web from Pleasant Hill, MO (right outside Kansas City).
Goodness Phil - I just saw you’re also playing today and tomorrow, too. You must be getting a bit worn. I’ll be liftin’ you and your health up in prayer.
P.S.
With all this business going on - don’t forget Mother’s Day tomorrow. I know God has blessed you with an incredible mother. He has used her to help shape who you are. Kiss and hug your mom (if you’re nearby), do something nice for her, and most importantly take time to remind her of your deep love and respect for her.
“Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord,
The fruit of the womb is a reward.
Like arrows in the hand of a warrior,
So are the children of one’s youth.”
Psalm 127:3,4
Blessings to you - Melody

May 10th, 2008 at 9:50 pmhi phil.. wow the on-line show was just amazing! It was a live concert to me. I just want you to know that I was watching it from Bogotá, Colombia, in south-America - not in the country!! here it was 9:30 when there was the 7:30. I also wrote in the chat and met many other fans, it was a wonderful experience - talking with other real “faith-partners”, sharing that worship time, even through the internet. **/ I’m trying to do a translation from the original to Spanish of some of your songs because I want to spread your music and your “presence” at music here in Colombia maybe in the near future through “you tube” I suppose; It seems like nobody knows here that amazing passion you have for God. Thanks for everything.

May 11th, 2008 at 1:11 amHey Cousin,
Very nice show Friday night. You are better live than on your CD’s. Thanks for signing your two Cd’s for Brandon. And yes you are as good as if not better at it than your old man, SORRY JOHNNY!! For those of you that don’t know Phil’s father used to be a part of the 70’s Rock group The Way.
Hey Solid Rock, you guys need some better located seating, for those of us that do not or can not stand in the mosh pit for 2 plus hours, than off to one side of the stage. How about along the back wall next time so no one has to look around a ceiling support post.
Nathan C.
May 11th, 2008 at 5:50 amElijah and I and another friend were all watching from Indiana. Thanks a lot! It was awesome…there is no other word to describe it.

May 11th, 2008 at 7:38 pmPhil your show was incredible. The best part was that it was so intimate with just the acoustic and nothing else. The power of His spirit was really cool. May 11th, 2008 at 9:58 pmPhil! I was at Solid Rock on Friday and such such a fantastic time. The Holy Spirit was definitely flowing and it truly was a worship experience that I didn’t want to end.
And I agree with Ellie, more chairs might be needed, or at least a softer floor to stand on
But I’m pretty sure everyone was so deep in worship no one even noticed the floor or lack of chairs!
Really though it was a great time.
PS (You might get a laugh out of this): I brought my good friend Allie who has never heard you sing before, and after the first chorus to desire she leaned over to me and said, “Oh my gosh, he sings like an angel!”
haha, have a blessed night phil.

May 12th, 2008 at 6:42 pmThank you Phil for your heart. four of my friends hooked up our laptop into a projector. One of the best worship services I have ever seen, I we were not even there. “Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks.” John 4:23. Your a prime example of this scripture, thanks again phil.

May 12th, 2008 at 6:54 pmsaturday night we saw you in oceanside. which was totally a God thing. we were checking out a bible college close by and saw a flyer for the concert and decided to make the trek and see our favorite singer!
man oh man we were so BLESSED. some of us cried the whole stinking night ’cause it was WORSHIPFUL. the whole night you kept pointing us to Jesus and I think God used you to confirm some major stuff in my heart. I loved how at the end we were worshiping the Lord as you left the stage. Usually at the end of concerts the crowd is cheering the musician but Saturday we were cheering the creator of the musician.
I wish I could sit and talk with you for hours about what God has been doing in your heart and how he has inspired you to write such beautiful and godly songs.
you are truly a vessel of God. I intend on listening to your music until forever.
God bless you Phil, and i hope one day i’ll get to see you again.
PS: thanks for siging my shoe…is that the weirdest thing you;ve signe? hahaha

May 16th, 2008 at 4:45 amGreetings Phil my favorite Anointed Christian Artist!
It was late here in Upstate Kingston New York and definitly past my bedtime but it was the wrap up of a real Holy Ghost evening. I watched the Lakeland Fla. outpouring online at Godtv w/ Todd Bentley from 7 PM EST - 11 PM. I also had your blog up on another screen so I was watching all that led up to your concert and from my bed watched your entire broadcast. It was a pleasure. Thank you. Please protect your wonderful voice by resting it enough. Our God is amazing and an awesome wave of His Glory & presence is swelling across the earth. May you increase in your fruitful songwriting so that many more will be led to know our great LOVE!
