That is too funny. I am jealous! I would love to be in Scotland! And I wish I were the Scots! I would love to have you singing in my town!!!

Again, I wish to thank you for your wonderful music. I feel distant from God at times and your music is such an encouragement to me. It is also an inspiration. And I am not just saying that. It gets my mind literally in the right place. It makes me look about me and say, “God, you are so real and You made all this.” And it makes me remember that I am dependent on Him for my every day living. What I am saying is that when I turn your music on, I am constantly reminded of this and it keeps me in a good place. Thank you for being God’s instrument.

Ah Scotland. I’ve heard Edinburgh has some incredible architecture. My roommates and I were just dreaming last night about making a trip around Europe. A festival in Scotland sounds real nice right about now.

    Hope you enjoyed your trip.

    Hi Phil,

Was at Alive last night. Your music (you and band) was wonderful. The fact that you are a worshipper and were leading people in worship was such a blessing. It’s so awesome that God uses you, through your music, to bring people into the throne room of the King. I love the intimacy behind your music, because that seems to be what is on God’s heart - intimacy, relationship, He is beautiful and He thinks you are beautiful. I can only imagine the pleasure of God’s heart as He listens to you worship Him. He rejoices over us with singing, just as we rejoice in Him.

    God bless.

    Hi Phil?,

I hope Phil reads this. I randomly happened upon this blog today, thinking about the free songs and wondering if they were available. I saw Phil in Portland for the live acoustic concert. And I listened to a few of his songs today on myspace. And I want to say thank you to Phil for embracing the person God has created him to be - following the passion and gift within him, because today i needed to hear the song True Love and this other one i can’t remember the name. I needed to hear them because, being in the state I am in, they somehow bring life to my weary soul and hope in the midst of darkness and pain.

    Thanks again Phil.
