| "Singalong" was recorded May 9th, 2008 in Portland, Oregon at Solid Rock Church. This recording is something I have wanted to do for a long time and it's amazing to see it finally come together. The faces represented on the cover are people that were either at the show, or watched the show when it was broadcast online, then sent me their face. I hope you enjoy the record and tell your friends. Thanks so much for stopping by. -phil |

You should get your own kilt.
Can’t wait for you to be here in Colorado next month! It’s been too long since Lifelight last summer…
Be well, and enjoy that beautiful, unique part of the world!
Saw you at Frenzy, you where excellent, I loved how you gave the glory back to God at the end, just left the stage while we were worshipping. Keep it up.
Maybe you could get a leather Kilt?

A cruise - sweet.
That is too funny. I am jealous! I would love to be in Scotland! And I wish I were the Scots! I would love to have you singing in my town!!!
Again, I wish to thank you for your wonderful music. I feel distant from God at times and your music is such an encouragement to me. It is also an inspiration. And I am not just saying that. It gets my mind literally in the right place. It makes me look about me and say, “God, you are so real and You made all this.” And it makes me remember that I am dependent on Him for my every day living. What I am saying is that when I turn your music on, I am constantly reminded of this and it keeps me in a good place. Thank you for being God’s instrument.
Haha…sweet pic Phil! Hey, just wanted to tell you, you were awesome in Gulf Breeze last night!!!!! So was your band. Thank you so much for leading worship, and it was really cool getting to meet you! You are the best ever!!

That’s great! It made me laught. And you really do fit right in with the leather! I’m really excited because me and my friends are gonna see you when you come to Santee (It’s like 5 miles from my house…) Yay! Have fun in the far off land that is the United Kingdom…

Ah Scotland. I’ve heard Edinburgh has some incredible architecture. My roommates and I were just dreaming last night about making a trip around Europe. A festival in Scotland sounds real nice right about now.
Hope you enjoyed your trip.
men in skirts, wooo! my grandmother has been to scotland and says it is absolutely amazing. it is in our blood. all i can say is, i am jealous because i want to be in another land at this moment, but someday i will. i pray your travels are wonderful!!
oh, and great blog, by the way.
Hi Phil,
Was at Alive last night. Your music (you and band) was wonderful. The fact that you are a worshipper and were leading people in worship was such a blessing. It’s so awesome that God uses you, through your music, to bring people into the throne room of the King. I love the intimacy behind your music, because that seems to be what is on God’s heart - intimacy, relationship, He is beautiful and He thinks you are beautiful. I can only imagine the pleasure of God’s heart as He listens to you worship Him. He rejoices over us with singing, just as we rejoice in Him.
God bless.
Hi Phil?,
I hope Phil reads this. I randomly happened upon this blog today, thinking about the free songs and wondering if they were available. I saw Phil in Portland for the live acoustic concert. And I listened to a few of his songs today on myspace. And I want to say thank you to Phil for embracing the person God has created him to be - following the passion and gift within him, because today i needed to hear the song True Love and this other one i can’t remember the name. I needed to hear them because, being in the state I am in, they somehow bring life to my weary soul and hope in the midst of darkness and pain.
Thanks again Phil.
