I play a Bm7 for this song (and most others) . It’s very easy and sounds nice. If you play Asus with your index finger on the second fret of the D string, just move it up one string to the A string (same fret) and you have Bm7. What’s really cool is if you move the same finger up one more string to the E string, (same fret) you have D/F#. You can play G, Asus, D/F#, Cadd9 and Bm7 only moving the index and middle fingers a fret or two.
I take that back. This video he uses standard tuning:
B minor: X 2 0 2 3 X
2: index
2: middle
3: ring

I’m having a hard time trying to figure out how to play the Bm that Phil Wickham plays right at the begining of the song when he switches from D to Bm. It does not seem to be the standard way to play Bm nor any of its variations, at least not any that I know of. It looks like all he’s doing is moving fingers 1 and 2 to the A and D string, but when I do this it doesn’t sound quite right. Can somone please help me out with this?

Actually to add,
What i meant by
123 123 12
was that 1′s are the accented strums followed by the other 2.
Also, some choruses (but you can do it for all of them) he changes his pattern to
D 1 2 3 4 5 6 7-8-9-10
D/F# 1 2 3 4 5 6 7-8-9-10
B 1 2 3 4 5 6 7-8-9-10
A 1 2 3-4-5-6
G 7 8 9-10-12-13
with the numbers without dashes being powerful downstrums, and the quadruplet numbers being down-up-down-up, all falling right before the chord changes. ..He may also just have the shorter, down-up version at the very end of the chord instead of the longer quadruplet down-up-down-up (this down-up pattern also goes for the second verse).
