| "Singalong" was recorded May 9th, 2008 in Portland, Oregon at Solid Rock Church. This recording is something I have wanted to do for a long time and it's amazing to see it finally come together. The faces represented on the cover are people that were either at the show, or watched the show when it was broadcast online, then sent me their face. I haven’t been able to download the album! I’ve followed all the steps but when I go to click on the link, I get the access denied page. I filled out the contact form but no one has responded. What do I do???
Phil, My entire family thanks YOU!!!! It is a joy to listen to this new album. I would have totally purchased it had it not been free. I know you would have done very well financially with it, however I realize that was not what you had in mind with the project. I think this was a very cool and very self sacrificial thing to do and I know others feel the same way. The way you involved everyone was great! My girls were so excited to be a part of the album cover. The chat thing was cool too!
I feel like I am singing along with you when we listen to your album, and your album title couldn’t be anymore appropriate!!!

I saw you at House of Blues Dallas, and watched the Live project online. Also, I’ve been listening Singalong for a few days (love it), and I have the same question over and over.
What I want to know is “How in the world does Phil get that wonderful, jaw-dropping, rich tone from his guitar?”
I think a great blog post for you would be to walk-through your entire set-up. I know you detune your guitar, but what other tricks are you willing to share? Any pedals on the floor? Any effects being used back at the sound console? What strings do you use? What brand/model guitar?
Inquiring minds want to know.
